Oscar is a first generation barbershopper. He found barbershop thanks to the Masters of Harmony's Youth Festival they hold every year. From there, Oscar went to join the Boomtown Chorus and The Westminster Chorus . Other hobbies include playing guitar. Oscar resides in Anaheim, California
